About Founder & Overseer apostle dr. deserie diaz rodriguez

  Apostle Dr. Deserie is a Five Fold Minister and a   Teacher of the Word, Author, Deliverance Minister, Prophet and Evangelist and a Licensed Pastoral Counselor.

  Apostle  Dr. Deserie has a burden for the broken and hurting and has a big burden for Souls and to Win Souls.  She got saved outside of the Subway's of New York city when she was nine years old. God at a very young age was already preparing her for the Mandate he would have her to fulfill. She started in Ministry in early twenty and was called into the Five-fold Ministry as the Lord begin to unfold His will in her life,. She began to serve in many Ministries and Churches for many years  and  was sensing His strong call to  the hurting and broken and into Five Fold Ministry and then immediately  called her into the Seminary and  she started Bible College and attended Faith Theological Seminary  & Christian College under Pastor George Walters. Apostle Dr. Deserie went to receive Multiple degrees  including her Doctorate of Ministry in her nine years of attending Bible College. 

  She began to have Evangelistic Outreach services in  a  community that so  much  needed Jesus . God began to do  great things in that community and  she began to have services there on a regular basis, then the Lord gave her the Vision  to start Empowering Ministries  in the community for years and then in 2005 Empowering Ministries was birthed  into a Apostolic  Teaching Ministry and then in January 1st  2006  Empowering Ministries Church was birthed  as a Church. Apostle  Dr. Deserie Diaz Rodriguez is the author of three books, Women Be Silenced No More, You Have A Sound and a Roar to Release, Persevering in Christ to Gain the Victory & Wisdom Nuggets from God's Word to Ignite Your Soul. 

   Apostle Dr. Deserie is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor and a Licensed and Ordained Minister with an Apostolic call. She flows graciously in the gift of Prophecy and in the office of a Prophet. She is the founder and Senior Pastor of Empowering Ministries Church and the founder of Restoring and Impacting Lives Counseling Center. Apostle Dr. Deserie comes with 28 years in Christian Ministry and holds a Doctorate in Ministry, and a Master’s in Ministry and Bachelor’s in Theology. Apostle Dr. Deserie’s mandate is to preach the gospel to the world and to be used to bring restoration to the broken and the hurting. She has a passion for winning souls, empowering, and equipping the body of Christ to walk in their God-given call. Apostle Dr. Deserie has empowered and Influenced many to start Churches and Ministry for the glory of God. 

  Apostle Dr. Deserie & her husband Pastor Orlando, Pastor at Empowering Ministries Church an Apostolic Center, where they Disciple & Train leaders and send them forth to walk in their God given call.  Apostle Dr. Deserie trains leaders allover the Globe in different Ministries and empowers them to fulfill their destiny and purpose.  She ministers and holds conferences to provide those she comes in contact with the tools needed to walk in total deliverance and to walk in their God given call. Apostle Dr. Deserie Diaz Rodriguez resides in Florida with her husband, Pastor Orlando, and loved ones.
